Insurance and Indemnity Policy

Next Challenge requires employees to hold professional indemnity insurance and requires proof to be provided by employees of this coverage annually.
 
Next Challenge maintains an extensive public liability and indemnity insurance policy as well as all business contingency, contents and electrical equipment policies. Next Challenge also holds Cyber Liability Insurance.  Both Directors of Next Challenge hold Vicarious Liability Insurance policies.
 
The following information is provided to the insurance broker to establish level of cover required by the insurance policy.
 
Next Challenge provide services as below;

• Occupational Therapy
• Other support services (e.g. Dietetics)
• Team assessment and treatment sessions with a combination of the above professions
• Individual and Group programs
• Clinic, home, school and a variety of community based service options
• Allied Health Assistant program
• Parent and School Information Sessions on a range of topics
• Our Consultancy services include;
• Facilitation services for planning, meetings or development sessions
• Large and small project management services
• Organisation or team review and development
• Performance management programs
• Continuing education and professional development products and programs
• Allied Health Assistants - Work under the direction and guidance of the therapist following a written program to develop skills by practice and repetition.

 
Additional insurance policies are sourced by the company according to the requirements of successful tenders for service provision to align with the tendering organisations requirements.
 
Insurance policies are reviewed annually, and new / additional policies implemented with changes in the company conditions e.g. acceptance of a volunteer.
