Come and join the team at Next Challenge!
We’re a warm, vibrant, multidisciplinary paediatric practice supporting private and NDIS clients across clinic, school, home, and community settings. Our dynamic team of Speechies, OTs, and Physios work together to empower and support families and each other.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll work with a varied paediatric caseload, providing assessment, intervention, and support across areas such as:
  •  sensory development
  •  play, connections, emotions
  •  self care, sleep, feeding and mealtimes
  •  attention and learning
  •  motor; fine, gross & visual
  •  inclusion & accessibility

We recognise that each clinician brings unique strengths, and we don’t expect you to work across every area of practice. We celebrate special interests and our team is encouraged to focus on clinical areas they’re passionate about and to grow their skills in the spaces that light them up.

Benefits:
  • Flexibility around hours and days
  • Regular mentoring + clinical support to help you grow with experienced clinicians
  • Generous professional development support including funding and paid leave to attend
  • Online notes system (Zanda) and templates provided to reduce admin work required
  • Opportunities to work with other allied health professionals in joint sessions and to liaise with each other to support shared clients
  • A well resourced library of assessments & therapy tools
  • Clinic rooms & an open-plan workspace
  • Individually assigned laptops and iPads
  • An administrative team that goes above & beyond
  • A team culture that’s fun, inclusive, and full of heart

A few things you'll need:
  • A driver's license & your own car
  • AHPRA membership
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screener Check
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance

Applications close: 18th July 2025
