Private Client Payment Policy

Private Client Payment Policy
Payment is required on the day of service, unless a prior arrangement is negotiated with the Managing Director.

Payment is to be cash, direct deposit, credit card or EFTPOS and parents are told this when making an initial appointment and provided this information in writing prior to the appointment.

Private School Based Services
Where services are provided off-site from Next Challenge, payment is required as soon as the families receive the invoice. If an invoice remains unpaid after 3 days, the child's appointments will be removed from the diary immediately. Appointments cannot be held if payments are missed as other families are waiting for services. The child's appointment time will be immediately offered to new clients waiting for services, and/or existing clients who comply with the payment policy. On payment of the invoice, if the family wish to recommence sessions their child will be added to our waitlist, and they will be contacted when an appointment time becomes available.

For these services families have the following payment options:
1. Pay online and email a receipt to enquiries@nextchallenge.com.au,
2. Pay by card over the phone 92010707,
3. Sign the attached credit card authority.
