Puberty Plus Program: January 2025
Next Challenge will be running an intensive Puberty Plus program for students in years 5 and 6 during the January 2025 school holidays.
Our occupational therapists, Laura Tindale and Maddie Anwar, are registered facilitators of the Puberty Plus program. This is a safe, welcoming and inclusive puberty education program for young people who are autistic, neurodivergent or disabled. This program aims to equip young people with the essential knowledge and confidence they require to manage their own personal health and well-being needs. The program will cover the following topics:
Dates/days: Next Challenge will be running this 10 week program as an intensive for 5 days over the January 2025 school holiday break (i.e. equivalent of 2 sessions of content per day). These sessions will run between 10am-12pm on the following dates:
**Please note if your child is unable to attend one or more sessions, they will need to cover the content at home, or can alternatively book in for a 1:1 session with either therapist.** For age range:
