  • Client Services - Support Team Lead

Viv is our enthusiastic and skilled Client Services Manager and has been part of the Next Challenge team since 2015!

Viv dedicates herself to warmly welcoming and assisting our families while providing invaluable support to our growing team of therapists.

Thriving in the dynamic environment of Next Challenge, Viv delights in building connections with all our families. She takes great pride in fostering a welcoming and secure atmosphere for both families and therapists alike, always ready to lend a compassionate ear.

For any enquiries about the NDIS, Viv is your go-to person! Outside of work, she enjoys unwinding with loved ones and escaping to the country for some rejuvenating fresh air.

  • Client Services

Amy holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology and has 3 years of experience in supporting children with autism and their families. Amy is passionate about assisting families with any enquiries they may have, as well as supporting all of our therapists.

In her spare time she enjoys seeing friends, hiking and camping.

Next Challenge acknowledges (ana) Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and First Nations peoples as the Traditional Custodians of Country (Boodja) throughout Australia. We (Ngalak) are committed to honouring, seeing, and understanding (kootadjinong) their unique cultural and spiritual relationships to the land, waterways (bilya), and seas (wardarn).

Next Challenge wants to thank and pay respects to the Whadjuk people and Elders, past, present, and emerging, of the Noongar Nation, who have preserved and protected the land (kanana) and waterways (bilya) on which we continue to play (waabiny), live (djooroobidiny), learn (kadadjiny), work, and provide services on today (yey).
