    Amy is a Senior Occupational Therapist who has a passion for creating enjoyable, healthy, and welcoming communities. She has extensive experience in various fields; however, her true passion lies in helping families create and maintain strong bonds that support their children with regulating their emotions and sensory processing!


    Amy is a strong advocate of inclusive play opportunities and the importance of creating positive environments for everyone. She has previously volunteered her time and expertise in developing inclusive play spaces, including Pia's Place at Whiteman Park. Amy also works closely with local schools and councils to improve play areas throughout the region.


    As a passionate member of the Next Challenge team (since the end of 2005), she feels privileged to continue working flexible hours with an organisation she is very dedicated to. ​

    Christine is an experienced and highly qualified Senior Occupational Therapist who is dedicated to providing holistic therapy services to children and their families in the community. With extensive experience in both hospital and community settings, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work.

    Being a mother of three young children gives Christine a unique and valuable perspective on the importance of family-centred services in achieving positive therapy outcomes for children. She is passionate about helping each child reach their full potential by providing therapy tailored to the unique needs and goals of each child and their family.

    Tash loves helping children of all ages and abilities take small steps to achieve big goals, develop independence and achieve their full potential. Tash strongly believes in practising in a way that involves families. She enjoys assisting parents and caregivers in setting achievable goals for their children. She has a particular interest in helping children attain motor-based goals, such as handwriting, and assisting neurodivergent children to achieve their full potential.

    Tash’s fun and playful approach to therapy ensures that children feel comfortable and happy when coming to their sessions. Tash has worked with children in Australia, Fiji and the United Kingdom in various settings. She finds great joy in working alongside the Next Challenge team and the variety of experiences that come with each new day.

    Izzy is a caring and dedicated occupational therapist who enjoys creating a warm and welcoming environment for families. Izzy thinks that one of the most rewarding parts of being an OT is collaborating closely with families and those closest to the child. She firmly believes that a holistic approach, which encompasses the entire support network, leads to the most meaningful outcomes.

    Izzy spent four years living and working as an OT in the South West before returning to Perth. During her time there, she cultivated a deep passion for working with neurodivergent clients and their families. She is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective support while also actively working to foster inclusion and understanding of neurodivergence within the community.

    Izzy's goal is to ensure that neurodivergent children have equal opportunities to grow, learn, and thrive.

    In her spare time, Izzy enjoys music, swimming in the ocean and eating good food!

She is known for her gentle approach and ensures the client and family feel safe and supported. Caitie highly values providing individualised care through a neuroaffirming, trauma-informed and relational lens that suits each client's unique needs.

    Her genuine enthusiasm for continued learning is shown through her commitment to staying up to date with the latest research and evidence based practice. In her spare time Caitie enjoys travelling, reading, going to the beach and spending time with friends and family.
