Teacher Assessment of Communication - Kindergarten (Manual)

$69.99

The TAC-K is a widely used screening tool designed to identify a child’s level of oral language development. It can also be used as a valuable classroom resource for setting goals, supporting the development of targeted oral language programs, and identifying students who may benefit from additional support or referral.

The TAC-K was updated in 2022, with new scoring guidelines established to reflect current best practice.

This download includes:

  • User manual

  • Test forms

  • Picture cards

Please note, this purchase provides lifetime access to the materials required to administer the TAC-K only. It does not include scoring and analysis resources. These are available separately through a range of options:

Option 1:
Next Challenge Speech Pathologists can provide scoring and analysis of TAC-K results. Our team can also conduct screening directly within your school. It is strongly recommended that a qualified Speech Pathologist be involved in scoring to ensure accuracy and meaningful interpretation of results.
For a quote, please contact enquiries@nextchallenge.com.au.

Option 2:
Schools can engage an external Speech Pathologist to support training, ongoing collaboration, and final scoring and analysis. This accreditation pathway is available online with the purchase of the Scoring Accreditation package.

Option 3:
Teachers may complete training to administer, score, and analyse TAC-K data independently through the online Scoring Accreditation package.
