- An appreciation of the effort that you make to fit therapy sessions into your daily life.
- Endeavouring to always be prepared and on time for your sessions.
- Supporting a mutual respect between your family and the Therapists at Next Challenge with a common goal to achieve the best results for your child.
- Provision of as much notice as possible if one of our Therapists is sick.
- Rescheduling your appointment for the first available time, or offer another Therapist where possible when a therapist is unexpectedly unavailable.
Your commitment;
- Arrival on time for appointment with the awareness that your session MUST end at the booked time slot.
- Appreciation that short sessions (30 minutes) that run over the allotted time slot will be charged as a long session (60mins).
- To request a long session in advance if you would like extra discussion time with your Therapist.
- To be an active participant in the learning process including completion of home practice as provided by your Therapist.
- To alert the Therapist if you are finding it difficult to complete home practice, or don’t feel that you fully understand what has been provided.
- To provide notice of cancellation before 9:00am the day before. We endeavour to send a reminder text 2 days before your appointment, however, responsibility remains with you to attend regardless of the reminder. In the event where appointments are not attended or cancelled with insufficient notice and/or cause, a cancellation fee will be enforced. Cancellation fees for community visits will account for all planned activities (e.g. direct session and travel time).
To understand that a result of cancelling or not attending sessions more than three times may result in the need to review the agreed therapy plan. Next Challenge Management reserves the right to review and possibly withdraw therapy appointment slots in this situation.
