Your Navigator is a team member who will be a key support person for you while you are receiving services from Next Challenge.
They will provide information on:
They will provide information on:
- What services Next Challenge can offer your family
- The different ways Next Challenge provides services and their therapy approaches
- Collect information from you about your previous therapy or current services you may be accessing
- Talk to you about your child’s strengths, interests, activities and other important people in their life
- Discuss how we create a ‘Service Agreement’ that meets your therapy needs and work towards the goals in your NDIS plan
The Navigator will gather all the information you provide and share it with the therapy team. This way, you won't have to repeat yourself during therapy sessions. Your Navigator will also contact you from time to time to check in on your child's progress, talk about any changes, and address any concerns you may have. If you need to make any complaints or changes to your child's therapy plan, your Navigator can help to address and manage these with your therapy team.
