Directors Meeting Policy
The Managing Director is able to make operational and human resources decisions with appropriate documentation of decisions and reasons.
Both directors participate in operational meetings for budget and financial expenditure decisions.
Both directors are required to be included in the decision making process/informed prior to major changes to strategy, fees, finances or financing of Next Challenge being made. Directors are responsible for identifying when major discussions are required and arranging a suitable time for a decision making meeting to be completed in a timely manner. Major discussions may be prefaced with written documentation of options/ suggestions or issues to ensure all Directors are aware of the requirements for a major meeting discussion.
