Lego Club (8-11yo)

In the summer holidays, we will be offering a LEGO Club, targeting conversation skills, oral language and team work. For ages:
  • 8-11 years
Please complete a form if your child falls just outside these ages, if you think
they would enjoy this group, as we may be able to offer them a place, or offer a                new group for children closer to your child's age - add a comment on the form to
            explain.

Dates/days:
Sessions 1-3 must all be attended
  • Session 1: Tuesday January 10th, 11am-12pm
  • Session 2: Wednesday January 11th, 11am-12pm

Sessions 4-5 are not compulsory, and will run with sufficient interest. The focus of these sessions will be to follow the interest of the group to engage in other shared games or activities, as they have gotten to know one another.
  • Session 4: Tuesday January 17th, 11am-12pm
  • Session 5: Wednesday January 18th, 11am-12pm

Location:
  • Osborne Park clinic (Unit 4/14 Main Street, Osborne Park, 6017)
  • Please note, if the clinic parking spaces are taken, you can also park:
            - In the 2 hours parking at the bottom of the Baden St cul de sac
            - Along Waterloo Street

Cost:
  • $85 for private and self managed NDIS
  • $95 for plan-managed NDIS
Note: we cannot offer this group for NDIA managed participants

If you are interested in your child joining this group, complete this Expression of Interest form by December 21th, 2022.

Please note, this form is not confirmation of your child's participation in the group. We need to make sure there are enough families interested before the group can run, and ensure that this group would meet your child's needs. You will be contacted by the due date above about whether your child is offered a place in this group, or put on a waitlist for the next time the group runs.
