Organisational Structure Policy

Next Challenge Enterprises is a Propriety Limited Company, consisting of a Board of two Directors. One Director holds the position of Secretary for the purposes of ASIC.

Senior employees are assigned to the relevant Director (as Manager) according to availability, accessibility, professional area and operational responsibilities. The other Director assists in the support or management of employees (not directly assigned to them), on request.

Senior therapists are employed and assigned as Clinical Specialists or in other Managerial roles as required by the company.

Clinical Specialist responsibilities include:
  • Orientation
  • Collection of employee documentation
  • Planning
  • Feedback
  • Performance enhancement
  • Work arrangements (note: Both Directors must approve a request from an employee for unprecedented employment conditions).
